These terms govern your use of the VDM Call Taxi website and our taxi booking services. By submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings

A booking enquiry submitted via this website, phone or WhatsApp is confirmed only once our team responds with driver and vehicle details. Fares quoted are indicative until confirmed at the time of booking.

Fares & Charges

Local fares include a minimum fare and per-kilometre rate; outstation fares are billed per kilometre with a daily minimum and driver allowance. Tolls, parking and permit charges are additional and charged at actuals. A night driving allowance applies between 10 PM and 5 AM. The final fare is confirmed with you before the trip begins.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by calling or messaging us. We ask that cancellations be communicated as early as possible so we can reallocate the vehicle.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles respectfully. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in cases of unsafe, abusive or unlawful conduct.

Liability

While we take reasonable care to ensure safe, well-maintained vehicles and experienced drivers, travel is subject to road, traffic and weather conditions beyond our control.
